  • Project Green Challenge: A 30-day global initiative in October that inspires high school and college students to transition their lives from conventional to conscious. 
  • PGC Finals: An eco summit bringing together PGC Finalists, eco leaders and mentors to learn, develop campus initiatives, and share their 30-day PGC journeys.
  • Conscious College Road Tour: A national tour of colleges & universities to offer an experiential opportunity around conscious living, informed consumption, individual and collective action with the goal of creating impactful campus sustainability initiatives.

This unprecedented program works to shift the paradigm around school food service by cultivating a local, ecological food system and building nutrition literacy into school meals. Our staff works with schools and districts to transition food from pre-packaged, processed, heat-and-serve to chef-cooked meals, based on five foundational attributes – fresh, local, organic, seasonal, nutritious – prepared in on-site, low waste kitchens.

Each year we select and engage a powerful and committed group of next generation leaders to mentor and empower, and to prompt them to be the change they wish to see in the world. This program is year round and funded through grants and donations.
