My name is [Your Name], and I’m a Campus Representative with Turning Green, an environmental nonprofit. I’m reaching out to ask for your support in spreading the word about Project Green Challenge (PGC) and encouraging students to sign up.
PGC is a 30-day global challenge every October that inspires high school, college, and grad students to take action on critical issues like climate change, public health, and social justice. Participants earn points and eco-prizes by completing challenges across areas like food, fashion, waste, and water.
Since 2011, PGC has engaged over 342,000 students across 15,631 campuses in all 50 states and 182 countries. This year, we’re aiming for an even bigger impact, and I’d love your help in getting the word out!
I’ve attached a flyer with more details and would greatly appreciate it if you could share it with your networks, classes, clubs, departments, and on social media. The more students we can engage, the bigger difference we can make. Your support will not only encourage participation, but could even help send a student to the PGC Finals in San Francisco this November!

Up to 20 outstanding submissions are chosen daily to win fabulous eco-prize packages!
After the 30 day challenge, up to 14 outstanding participants are selected as PGC Finalists and are flown ✈️ to San Francisco for the Project Green Challenge Finals in mid November for a 4-day eco-summit, giving them the opportunity to develop a Climate Action Project for their campus.
